At Prym Americas, we stand behind the quality of our home and crafting essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
